Comfortable athletic clothing is all you need.  

What happens during the intro lesson

You'll meet Tryfon, learn a few fundamental techniques and have an opportunity to ask questions
before deciding if Dojo Hawk is the right fit.

Why does every beginner start with the head instructor?

The fundamentals learned during the first months of training shape everything that follows.  Teaching beginners personally helps ensure students build strong habits and a solid technical foundation from day one.
